I only reserve, with deposits. Any request to hold a bunny must be met with a non-refundable deposit through Venmo or in-person cash(Do not send cash by mail). I will place, RESERVED, under any bunny you have placed a deposit on. Please make sure your family is okay with you adopting a bunny. If you like to visit the farm to reserve a bunny and pay me a cash deposit in person, that is perfectly fine. One exception, I don't need a deposit if bunny is old enough to leave my place right away. (If I have a unclaimed 8 week old bunny that you want, you may come right away for pickup without a deposit.) I only started taking deposits, because some people said they wanted a bunny, 4 weeks in advance, only to not buy it at 8 weeks old. It has happened several times, so now I have to take deposits. No deposit...No bunny.

Pick up only. I do not deliver or ship. You must come to our farm to buy your bunny. It costs time and money to deliver and ship.

Cash only at time of pickup. Please make sure you have the right amount of cash with you, before coming.

Pedigrees are $10.00. It takes time to write up pedigrees. Pedigrees are not necessary for rabbits that are going to be pets.

Bunnies must be 8 weeks of age before sale.

I will not sell a rabbit with bad teeth. Fill free to give any of my bunnies a health check before buying.

Check gender before buying. I do my best, but all breeders make an occasional mistake.

I reserve the right to have first pick from any litters, if I choose to keep one for myself.

I have the right to refuse to sell to anyone, at any time, for any reason, without giving a reason. Under no circumstance am I responsible for the health of the rabbit, once it has left my care. The buyer (or buyer's appointed agent) must fully inspect the rabbit at the time of pickup before the sale is finalized. Once sale is finalized, the rabbit is 100% property of the buyer. If rabbit dies within the first week of buyer's ownership, I MIGHT refund. I will not consider a refund if rabbit died from stress, lack of food and water, mistreatment, abuse, other animals, rough handling, traveling, etc. Veterinarian proof is required to determine cause of death. Pictures also. Contact me immediately. I do not guarantee a refund.

Please research how to care for a rabbit, before buying one. Rabbits are not kid toys! Please make sure you have the time to properly care for a bunny.
