First come, first serve. I do not reserve. I also reply on a first come, first serve basis. The rabbit is still mine, until I have full payment. If you come, look at the bunny and decide that this one is not for you, you do not have to purchase it.

Pick up only. I do not deliver or ship. You must come to our farm to buy your bunny. It costs time and money to deliver and ship.

Cash only. Bunnies will be $150-$250, depending on quality. (Prices are subject to change.) I don't do PayPal, Vin mo, etc. I will not take deposits. Up front, Cash only. Please make sure you have the right amount of cash with you, before coming.

Pedigrees are $10.00. It takes time to write up pedigrees. Pedigrees are not necessary for rabbits that are going to be pets.

Bunnies must be 8 weeks of age before sale.

I will not sell a rabbit with bad teeth. Fill free to give any of my bunnies a health check before buying.

Check gender before buying. I do my best, but all breeders make an occasional mistake.

I reserve the right to have first pick from any litters, if I choose to keep one for myself.

I have the right to refuse to sell to anyone, at any time, for any reason, without giving a reason. Under no circumstance am I responsible for the health of the rabbit, once it has left my care. The buyer (or buyer's appointed agent) must fully inspect the rabbit at the time of pickup before the sale is finalized. Once sale is finalized, the rabbit is 100% property of the buyer. If rabbit dies within the first week of buyer's ownership, I MIGHT refund. I will not consider a refund if rabbit died from stress, lack of food and water, mistreatment, abuse, other animals, traveling, etc. Veterinarian proof is required to determine cause of death. Pictures also. Contact me immediately. I do not guarantee a refund.

Please research how to care for a rabbit, before buying one. Rabbits are not kid toys! Please make sure you have the time to properly care for a bunny.
